Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
A: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped via USPS after fulfillment.

 

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: When checking out, you will be given the option to pay by bank issued credit/debit card or PayPal.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: We have a NO RETURN policy on all items. Please check the sizing guide to make sure your order is the right fit. 

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: If you receive an incorrect item or damaged goods, we will exchange the item(s) within 10 days from delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To make an exchange, you must fill out an “exchange” form. You can obtain this form simply by email us at info@shoppremium93.com requesting this form.

A: If you've received:

  • An order with a missing item
  • A damaged item
