Refund, Returns, & Exchanges
We have a NO RETURN policy on all items. Please check the sizing guide to make sure your order is the right fit. If you receive an incorrect item or damaged goods, we will exchange the item(s) within 10 days from delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To make an exchange, you must fill out an “exchange” form. You can obtain this form simply by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting this form. You may ship the package to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please specify what item you are exchanging. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
